Home workouts fail when users can't see proper form and trainers can't monitor progress remotely.
What We Built
We built a mobile app that demonstrates exercises through AR and 3D models, lets trainers assign plans and review user-submitted videos with feedback, and gives users community support plus advanced analytics and reporting.
The Outcome
Trainers got a full remote-coaching workflow — assigning plans, reviewing user videos and giving feedback — while users train with AR-guided exercise demos, community support and performance analytics.
